Terms of service
1. Payment through Paypal Invoices only.
2. Half of the total price upfront is required before starting the commission. You can also decide to pay total price upfront. Payment should be made within 7 days after invoice was issued.
3. Full refund is not possible after I started working on your commission. Partial refund might be available depending on the work progression. Contact me.4. Commercial use (including merch) is available, but I should be informed beforehand. One-time additional fees might apply depending on the intended use.
5. You cannot edit/cut/remove my signature and credit from the art, but you might request placement change.
6. You will only recieve full resolution unwatermarked files after full payment has been made.7. Once I have gathered the information needed for your commission, I will send you an invoice and start working on the art.
8. When requesting commission, please include as many informations and reference materials as possible.
9. Wait time may vary, I will inform you with rough estimate on how long it should take.
10. Initial sketch is thing to change, at this point you can request any changes in pose, colors, expressions etc. After we agreed on a sketch I WILL NOT include big changes.
11. You can request for Work in Progress screeshots to be delivered every 1-2 days.
12. After commission is finished I will inform you and send full resolution files via requested way of communication. I store past artwork on my harddrive, but for safety reasons please save the files for yourself too.Feel free to ask additional questions.
